Returns Policy
For orders from Wed 4 December to Tue 24 December 2024:
Online orders: Full-priced items may be returned for a refund or exchange (subject to our returns policy) until Wed 15 January 2025 or within 28 days of receipt, whichever is later.
In-store purchases: Full-priced items may be returned for an exchange or credit note (subject to our returns policy) until Wed 15 January 2025 or within 14 days of purchase, whichever is later.
Online Order Returns (UK)
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return it back to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 28 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.
Please note:
- Fragrance and underwear once opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Returns must originate from within the UK. Returns sent from outside the UK may incur customs fees or duties, which will be the responsibility of the sender (customer).
- You can request a return or exchange from our returns centre
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Parcels remain the customer's responsibility until they reach us and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order.
Online Order Returns (ROW)

For international returns, clearly label your parcel as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid further handling and customs fees. Failure to do so are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Duties & Taxes on DDP
For refunds on duties and taxes please get in touch with our customer service team before submitting your return request. Unless the order has been marked as such we will be unable to refund any duties or taxes paid on the order.
Returning Collect In Store Items
We have the same returns policy for Collect in Store orders as for all other online orders. You can return your order within 28 days of receipt. Please note this date begins on the date that we send you an order dispatch email.
If you live in London, we are happy to accept your return or exchange in store. Simple return the order with your original order confirmation and our team will process the return within 7 working days.
Returning In Store Purchases
For orders bought in-store, orders can only be exchanged or a credit note given upon presentation of a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase. The credit note is then valid for six months.
