Online Order Returns (UK)

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return it back to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 28 days of receipt for a refund.

Please note:

  • Fragrance and underwear once opened cannot be refunded.
  • Returns must originate from within the UK. Returns sent from outside the UK may incur customs fees or duties, which will be the responsibility of the sender (customer).
  • You can request a return from our returns centre
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Parcels remain the customer's responsibility until they reach us and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order.

For exchanges, please follow the returns process as detailed above to receive a refund on your returned item.

We ask that you place a new order for your chosen replacement item.

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve products for exchange, so this process aims to reduce disappointment if an item sells whilst we await your return.

Duties & Taxes on DDP

For international order returns, please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable, this does not include the original shipping cost or any associated duties and taxes.

Returning Collect In Store Items

We have the same returns policy for Collect in Store orders as for all other online orders. You can return your order within 28 days of receipt. Please note this date begins on the date that we send you an order dispatch email.

If you live in London, we are happy to accept your return or exchange in store. Simple return the order with your original order confirmation and our team will process the return within 7 working days.

Returning & Exchanging In-Store Purchases

For orders bought in-store, orders can only be exchanged or a credit note given upon presentation of a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase. The credit note is then valid for six months.
