Who are we?

This Privacy Notice is provided to you by Garbstore Trading LLP (“we”, “us” or “our”), the data controller of the personal data collected through the use of our website (https://www.couvertureandthegarbstore.com/), customer purchases and our communications with customers.  We have a separate privacy notice for our employees and applications for employment.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Your personal data

The personal data that we collect about you includes:

  1. Names, titles, aliases and photographs;
  2. Contact details such as telephone numbers, addresses, and email addresses;
  3. Account login and password details;
  4. Where relevant, or where you provide them to us, demographic information such as gender, age, date of birth;
  5. Where you pay for goods or services, payment card numbers, expiry date and CVC, payment/transaction identifiers, gift card details, policy numbers and claim numbers;
  6. Where you provide this information, special categories of data, such as information relating to your health. Processing this type of data will be rare but, for example, you may tell us details about a disability if it is relevant to a home delivery.
  7. Technical information such as information about the devices you use to access our website (desktop and mobile) for example your IP address and device type, and other information referred to in the description of our use of cookies.

We share your personal data with third parties only if necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, or where you first give us your prior consent.  We may share your personal data with:

  • the third parties we engage to deliver orders (such as DPD and UPS);

How long do we keep your personal data?

Your rights and your personal data
